I had an amazing stay here. Definitely one of the best. The locations was perfect, we had a nice view from the room and the staff were very helpful, I would definitely stay here again. It was amazing.

This is the second time I’ve stayed and the room and service and location were great. However, the bar and lobby area were difficult to actually use as there was super loud music and other events that hotel guests didn’t even know about, so things were off limits for us. If I knew this- I would’ve booked elsewhere as the lobby view was the one thing that I was hoping to get either via the roof or sitting in the lobby itself. Disappointed more than anything. If I’m paying to use a hotel I want to know if what I want will be off limits first .

Overall a good experience. The AC didnt work well albeit it was 100 degrees outside. Bathroom door needed to be forced to close. Toilet handle needed to be fiddled with to get the water to stop running. Small fridge. These are things that should have been checked before I arrived. Could have been better.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was not the cleanest but otherwise could not complain. Would recommend for location alone and a great rooftop terrace

Close to Times Square and everything! Ball drop view! Terrace/private party to watch the ball drop is crazy expensive, charging $157 per person! We went to TS instead, and it's a free watch party. We had so much fun celebrating my birthday! The check-in receptionist was so helpful, patient, professional, and friendly. Check-out was quick and easy too.
