Great family spot!

2bdrm unit was old and very dusty, not cleaned very well. Otherwise, great location outside of town, nice and quiet. Great free shuttle service to town, beautiful mountain views

Small rooms but has everything you need, outdated rooms which could use some updating.

I’m not sure what pictures we saw online that lead us to believe this was a nice place to stay, but for our $1200 we could have had a much nicer hotel that was in or closer to town, didn’t have a disappointingly small and uncomfortable bed, a room that didn’t look trashy and outdated, and we wouldn’t have required the use of a shuttle that, although it was free, could hardly get you into town before 9am and then wouldn’t have return trips but every couple of hours. Super inconvenient. We were only in town for 2 nights and hardly spent any time in the room, so we definitely didn’t utilize kitchen or living spaces (which weren’t all that fantastic anyway), but if you were staying longer I could see how that might have been useful The restaurant was good but opened at a random time. We also witnessed a guest come into the lobby and tell the front desk person that the trash by the self-serve water was full (like overflowing), and instead of calling someone to take care of it or do it herself, the front desk lady gave her a trash bag and gloves to do it herself!?

good staff and good service aka shuttle. But not the best amenities such as wifi where we did not get any signals for both cellular and their wifi. missing toiletries. The pools were not in the best conditions. Old sofa bed and tv as well. Good condition for the bed tho.

This resort has great location, close to the freeway and just 2 minutes from downtown Banff. We booked a room with loft and it felt like a furnished studio-type apartment. It has a kitchen, equipped with a good size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker and cooking and dining utensils. It has 1 and a half bath, full bath with shower/tub by the loft and a half bath in the main room. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the main room where a small dining set and a study table is placed, and a queen bed in the loft. This was perfect for us because we are a couple and travelled with our son. My husband and I took the loft and our son took the sofa bed in the main room. It gave us a lot of privacy in the evening, as opposed to when booking a 2 bed hotel room in which you can easily get into each other's faces, especially if it is for more than just a night. They also have a bbq area, pool, basketball courts and plenty of parking spaces. There is also a restaurant on site offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The check in and check out process was easy, staff were friendly.

Pool and hot tubs could have been cleaner.

it is a collection of old wooden two-story houses with four apartments each. Every movement in the neighboring apartment is felt. the apartments are small, the kitchen does not have the necessary dishes or cutlery. shuttle service is outstanding

Clean, easy, and good enough
