Clean room in an older building. Our room was tiny and cramped but we survived two nights there due to convenient location and comfy bed. Bathroom was so small it was only room for one at a time in there. Shower water pressure was good. Friendly staff accommodated our requests. We'd stay here again on our next trip to NYC.

It was super clean and staff was great! The only thing I can complain about is that there was no refrigerator in the room but ice was available and plentiful!

Staff were great rooms were clean, love the coffee bar area and water bottle stations on each floor. Rooms could’ve been a little cooler but a/c did work. Overall great place to stay if you want to stay near Times Square.

If we had a better room this hotel would become our go to in NYC. Unfortunately we were given a prison cell with a small window up near the ceiling. We should have asked to be moved but it was late and we were tired. It has been recently renovated quite successfully so kudos on that but it is time to put up some cool black and white photos on the bare walls. Love the all day coffee and tea selections in the very comfy living room downstairs, as well as bottle filling stations. Super sheets and towels and mattress. The AC units are very loud. Starbucks and decent restaurants right on the block. Good location for Broadway shows a bit removed from the chaos.
