Rooms were refurbished to a high standard. Our room overlooked a very well maintained private garden by the river. Parking can be an issue but we got a place. Service and staff were very good at our dinner and breakfast. Our Trout dinner was fresh from the nursery close by. The full English breakfast was excellent.

The gentleman working the check in desk Sunday night June 7th was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us in carrying our luggage to the third floor
