Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.

Just a quick reminder: all guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID and credit card upon check-in. The physical credit card used for the reservation must also be presented during check-in for verification purposes. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking must match the name of the staying guest.

Our check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Requests for early check-in are subject to availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges.

Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact the hotel directly for alternative parking options if on-site parking is unavailable.

We are pleased to inform you that Red Planet BGC The Fort is a pet-friendly hotel!

1. Only one pet is allowed per room, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of PHP 1,000.00 per night, per room.

2. Allowed pets include domestic dogs and cats (maximum height of 2 feet on all fours), as well as caged hamsters, guinea pigs, and rabbits.

3. Dogs and cats must be fully vaccinated against rabies, distemper, leptospirosis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza. Your pet’s vaccination card must be presented before check-in for the safety of all guests and pets.

4. Pets must be healthy and well-groomed. They must be leashed or placed in a pet carrier while in public areas of the hotel. Cat owners are required to bring their own litter and litter box.

5. Dogs must wear diapers at all times, especially in public areas of the hotel.

6. All pet necessities (including equipment, towels, food and water bowls, pet carriers, food, water, and similar items) must be provided by the guest.

7. Use of hotel towels and linens for pets may incur additional charges.

8. Guests accept full responsibility for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by their pets. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account accordingly for any damages incurred.

9. Pet-friendly areas include designated pet-friendly guest rooms, the main lobby, receiving lobby, and main entrance.

10. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on hotel premises and properly disposing of waste in designated disposal areas.

11. Pets must not be left unattended inside the room. The hotel does not offer pet-sitting services and shall not be responsible for the care or supervision of guests’ pets.

12. During room cleaning, guests are requested to leave the room together with their pets.

13. Pets are required to check out together with the guest. Any pet left inside the room after check-out will be considered abandoned and reported to the appropriate animal welfare authorities.

14. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners, and operators from any liability or damages arising from their pets.
