Lovely hotel right off the village stroll on Main St. The staff was helpful and always pleasant. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly. All that said, I really appreciated the bike valet. Makes staying at the hotel when visiting the world-famous bike park painless.

Great location in Whistler! Received an upgrade due to Expedia. 1 BR suite was amazing! Parking is tricky in the small garage. But overall an amazing place to stay! Great access to abundant trails and recommended sites to see.

The room was clean, spacious and well kept. The girls at the front desk were super friendly abs accommodating. The hot tub was nice. Pool could be a bit cleaner. Highly recommend.

Room was clean, excellent location, very useful kitchenette and fridge. We stayed three nights (family of 4) in a 2 queen bed suite, very quiet and comfortable. We used the pool but that we didn’t like, recent tarmac and painting had made the place look bleak and the water smell (the tiles had been painted hence the smelly water) this didn’t really bother us though as there was plenty of stuff to do. Payment for parking was not expected though.

The hotel is nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. We were disappointed about the pool area when we stayed. The hot tub was closed, and the pool was dirty and surprisingly cold. Another customer grabbed the pool net and was trying to clean the pool so his kids could go in, but it was so cold they lasted 5 minutes. Just disappointing when you pay so much to stay in Whistler. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub, and felt we would have had a better time at a hotel that was a fraction of the cost.
