තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Staff were extremely helpful

Room was nice to an extent. Then when I went into the shower there was a used condom on the railing in the shower!! Gross!! I was exhausted and took a tissue and threw it away! Paid more attention to bathroom floor and it was not as clean as i initially thought. You could still see dirt. Spoke to the lady as I left and she said sorry that I should have called. Explained I was tired !! Would not stay there again. It was a box to pull out my keycard.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Booked this place as part of our trip through Queensland, it looked ideal as we don't enjoy the beach so much & with what looked like a nice pool & BBQ area our decision was straight forward. As we arrived there was a notice advising pool & BBQ area closure due to required upgrades (see image) however we was delighted to find this had not started yet. We shopped for BBQ food ready for the following evening but sadly never got the chance to enjoy. The next morning 7.30am we was awakened to drilling & hammering noises along with pool/bbq area closure which was disappointing to say the least. At this point I wouldn't have left a bad review even though we wouldn't have booked the property knowing there was even a chance of closure, what really got me angry was the property manager LIED!!! The images attached show the facts & you can decide this for yourself. Hotels.com apologised for the property not caring a dam about us, all we wanted was the property to apologise although Hotels.com requested a refund, this was never our request. THE POOL & BBQ COULD REMAIN CLOSED FOR SOME TIME & YOU WILL ONLY KNOW WHEN YOU ARRIVE!!!.

The a/c didn’t work so the rooms were stuffy and hot and I wasn’t given any discount or money back even though having ac was apart of my booking. Not the cleanest , balcony had a massive spider web over the table with a big spider. Not enough blankets in room

Property is very basic, units have very dated furniture and very small TV ECT, staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, just the property is quite aged and very limited parking.

Our room was assigned to another guest. We arrive at 5:30pm, the office was supposed to close at 6pm. No one was there. They ran out of rooms and so gave us a smaller room. We had our children with us and would not fit. So we had to scramble at the last minute and find another room. It was 12/31 so I can understand it was booked but then we had to scramble on a very busy night. Do not book here!

Good location easy parking spacious apartment friendly staff apartment tired and needs a makeover main mattress badly stained curtains need fixing kitchen drawer missing kitchen utensils sparse

the view was of the house next door, no curtains in the main room , sun came in at 5.30, no soap in shower , was 24 hours after check in we received soap. Could see straight into main room from balcony as only one sheer bit of fabric. Dog barking from reception. House keeping was still cleaning room on arrival which was half hour after check in time.
