Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location for us was ideal. Would happily stay again.

We stayed from 1–12 July, occupying 4 rooms, and despite my very complicated bookings (multiple agencies, duplicate reservations, cancellations, refunds, and constant changes), the team made everything effortless. Parry, the Relationship Manager, patiently coordinated every booking and refund. Nats meticulously sorted our final bills, receipts, discounts, and even recovered items we left after checkout. Dai and Pie were endlessly kind and helpful day and night, while Ice, Annie, Glorie, Micky, and Riae provided outstanding service throughout a very busy weekend. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Beautiful hotels are easy to find; exceptional people are not. Thank you all for making our family holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Dear Hotel Services Team, I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I genuinely felt compelled to write this email because the level of care and professionalism shown by your staff was truly exceptional. My stay from 1st to 12th July was far from straightforward. I had four rooms booked through multiple agencies, made the bookings in stages, accidentally created duplicate reservations, cancelled and rebooked several times, and had to communicate with different booking platforms regarding refunds. It was a logistical nightmare, yet your team handled every single challenge with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism. I would especially like to acknowledge Ms. Parry, your Relationship Manager. Shedealt with an extraordinary amount of confusion surrounding my bookings and never once made me feel like I was a burden. Shepatiently coordinated multiple reservations, assisted with cancellations, communicated with various booking agencies, and even supported my refund requests for duplicate bookings. Throughout it all, sheremained calm, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. Her customer service is genuinely world-class. A very special thank you also goes to Nats, who worked tirelessly to finalise my accounts. She carefully reconciled multiple bills, organised receipts, applied discounts wherever appropriate, and ensured every financial detail was correct. also got my stuff fron my already checked out room + 2 gorgeous girls Dai and Pie who helped me day n nigh

A huge thank you to Parry (Hotel Manager) and Nats (Assistant Manager) for going above and beyond throughout our stay. Managing four rooms for my large family was no easy task, but nothing was ever too much trouble—they handled every request with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Their exceptional customer service made our stay completely stress-free, and they are a true credit to the hotel.

would not recommend staying at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy. When we decided to extend our stay by two nights, a staff member quoted us a price that included breakfast. At checkout, the hotel attempted to charge a higher rate and claimed breakfast was not included. After I spoke with management, they admitted that their employee had quoted the lower price but said she was not authorized to do so and had been disciplined. I don’t believe guests should be expected to pay more because of an internal staff mistake. After considerable discussion, they finally honored the original rate, but the entire process was unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful. The room was also disappointing. There were numerous mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten repeatedly during my stay. I had to purchase insect spray myself. In addition, the room was not as clean as expected for a Novotel property. Overall, poor customer service, inconsistent handling of reservations, mosquitoes, and cleanliness issues made this a disappointing experience. I would stay elsewhere on my next visit to Bangkok.
