Check-in was ok but it would of been helpful if I had been told how to switch on the lights in a pitch black room. Maybe something on the back of the keycard holder? The room itself was excellent with a fabulous bathroom.
I had a snack and some drinks in the Bar area but all were vastly overpriced. That said what I had was very good. I guess you're paying for the convenient location.
Unfortunately I was woken up at just gone 7 in the morning by Housekeeping trying to get into the room which frightened the life out of me. Apparently Reception had told them that the room was vacant. I would add that I did receive an apology from the Housekeeper and also Reception when I made them aware of the situation.
Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection to choose from. There were plenty Restaurant staff who were welcoming and helpful.
