A typical basic 3-Star hotel. Very close to San Marco. Very quiet. Staff average. Very difficult to find using Google Map... you keep turning around and around so prepare yourself before the trip and find out. Once you know where it is hidden then it's fine. Very calm and quiet. Clean. Luggages are not tagged when you leave them at the front desk while waiting for the room to be ready.. a bit risky to me but all was fine. In the end: ok if you need a less expensive place well situated. Not more. But not less.

Recently stayed on a short tourist visit to Venice. Property is centrally located, clean and efficient inside and the breakfast was included and was better than expected. Staff from front desk to breakfast people were all friendly. Elevator on the property as well. The hotel is a little difficult to find, but otherwise excellent all around.

Hotel was beautifully set in a courtyard off the main streets. Location was wonderful - close to major attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Venice was experiencing a heat wave, and the AC in the room worked great! Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic and full of choices that included fruits, juices, breads, eggs and bacon! Lovely stay!

Breakfast was the best. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Shout out to Salvatore at the front concierge. Location was beautiful- clean and elegant. A definite place to stay when we return to Venice and we would recommend this hotel to anyone.
