සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු No working elevator or side entry door when we stayed there. The air conditioning unit in our room didn’t have functioning buttons so we had to unplug it because it was set to 63 degrees. There was a loose tile in our room entryway. The shower water pressure was weak at best. And the hall we had to use to get to the third floor smelled terrible, stains everywhere.

නියමයි The only issue today was that the elevator was under maintenance, making it difficult to get luggage up to the third floor. A prompt solution is needed. Otherwise, the service was very good, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, everything was very clean, and there are restaurants nearby.

හොඳයි The elevator wasn't working, so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor, and they were very dirty. However, the room was very comfortable and modern.

නියමයි The room was clean and comfortable. The shower-head wasn’t great, Breakfast was good. My son and I were disappointed when we found out the pool was closed upon checking in. One reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. :(
