සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු We entered the lobby and saw right away, the carpet was filthy. There were people hanging out outside that seemed to be living there, like a section 8 property.
The doors on the rooms looked as if they had been patched, and different color paint was used. The room itself was depressing. The bed was too small and it didn't appear to be very clean.
We ended up staying at a Holiday Inn in Carle Place. Never recommend this place to anyone.

Temps in the high nineties and the pool was never put into,service. Still closed since last year.

I usually stay here and have no issues.. however, this last time, housekeeping attempted to open my door TWICE- Once at 10 am in which I kept saying there was someone in the room and at 11:06 am, 6 minutes after checkout time. This time, they did open the door but I had the safety lock. I kept yelling out that we are coming out and they still attempted to open the door. I informed management about the first time the attempt happened and no one followed up with me. Very upsetting. The pool was not open as well
