Lana and Phillip at the front desk area were the best! They were both always helpful. They both would greet you with a huge smile and an offer to help or just to chat, every time you walk in the lobby. The breakfast was small but very good with fresh eggs cooked to order. The location is perfect, kind of down a side street not very busy, quiet and close to the river with many amenities. The room was spacious and clean. I felt incredibly comfortable there. I would stay again. Thank you! -Doug

The hotel was good everyday they clean our room. The staff are friendly and approchable especially "Lana". And also one of the staff named Philip help us for the parking lot. The food are all delicious and healthy. And its very accessible for all shops . We might come back again sometime.

Great location, close to everything. Room had no window, which was not clear when booking. Belhop Philip was excellent and very friendly 😊

Very clean room and nicely located. Staff was friendly and professional. Not far from the river for those looking to dine and cruise one evening.

staff were wonderful and helpful,all of them,unfortunately i can only remember 2 names rose at reception and phillip the consierge.The only downside was breakfast which is 50-50.
