Didn’t like this hotel. Cannot recommend it. The room was ok, but there are some sketchy characters hanging around the lobby. Additionally, one of the front desk staff tried to trick me into filling out a guest review right there at check out. There are absolutely a ton of other choices in KL. Go with one of those instead.

I stayed at Seeds Hotel Premier Pudu (formerly Hotel Pudu Plaza) and found it to be a solid choice for a basic, affordable stay. We booked a room for 5 and were pleasantly surprised to find it was actually two rooms joined by a connecting door. Having 3 beds and 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us made the stay very comfortable and spacious.
The room felt relatively clean and was not dusty, which I really appreciated. The location is also convenient; there are many food options nearby, a supermarket within the same building, and even a coin laundry nearby, which is perfect for us travelers.
My only complaint was the bathroom; the water pressure was really very weak, and there was a lack of hot water for one of the bathrooms. If they could improve the plumbing, this would be an unbeatable budget stay!

We arrive at mid night and the front desk staff said cannot find our booking
After half and hour he told us to wait for the room being clean
But when we enter the room, is was terrible but we are so tired to change another one, definitely don’t want to stay another night so we decided to change another for the next night
Besides, we carrying heavy luggage but the hotel front door have stairs, very inconvenient to us

The property used to be good , but now it’s terrible. No maintenance .. the rooms are smelly , moisture everywhere, not clean, bedsheets looks are being used for more than 5 years and never changed .
