Excellent location and views, large rooms with thoughtful amenities and clean, the best part was the exceptional customer service and assistance I received from Henamaya in terms of ensuring I had a comfortable stay, she even immediately changed over my room due to air conditioning issues with the previous room, thank you Henamaya :-)

Excellent location, close to Roma Street station. However not great value for money given how tired it is. Not well maintained at all and the website photos are far more flattering than the reality.

We booked a superior apartment, it had no aircon in the bedroom, and the ceiling fan was not very strong.Also no curtains as listed in description, just blinds, so the sun came through each morning. The staff were friendly and the room was clean but definitely didnt expect a ceiling fan. Disappointed

Great location on the river, terrific view from well-appointed room. On site parking and close to centre of city and walking distance to Suncorp Stadium, railway station, restaurants etc.

Positives Rooms were very clean. Staff were friendly but only dealt with them for check in and check out. Negative Bed sheets had blood stains
