The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. However, the hotel premises didn't look very presentable at all.... Once again, the rooms were very nice and clean and will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and it was convenient for Kentucky Kingdom. It’s not the quietest since it is near the highway and airport. But it’s a good budget option for anyone flying, visiting the convention center, or having fun at Kentucky Kingdom.

I liked the updated rooms and for the most part it was very clean until I got to the bathroom. Toilet seat was falling off when set on, and the shower had pubic hair in the soap holder and in the bottom of the tub. No hair blow dryer and no shampoo and conditioner amenities as most have.

Our room was pretty much clean except the floor was super dirty. We walked around barefoot and our feet were black with dirt and besides that everything was very clean. Staff was wonderful. Ohhh and if you don’t want to hear the airplanes flying over the hotel don’t rent here, because you can hear them during the evening
