Crockett Hotel

Valet left our car's lights on. Battery died and he had to jump it. New battery is now basically useless. Night staff member said we could have a late checkout, then the morning one didn't. Food under the beds on we got there. Not a great experience. Find somewhere else.

Walking into the lobby was awesome very clean and well decorated. As I went up to the 7th floor and stepped off the elevator, I was surprised by how hot the floor was, and the carpet was very old and worn down. The room was very outdated and the bathroom needed some upgrades. I paid for an executive suite expecting it to be a little more up to date. The bed was very hard and not a good nights sleep.

The staff were so helpful and my daughter absolutely loved the pool grotto area. Would definitely stay here again.

It was very close to the Alamo, but that was the only great thing. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great place to stay. I was in San Antonio for work and got the deluxe king room, which was so spacious and great for getting work done in the room while I was there. Would definitely go back!

I got a room that was also dog friendly, did not need a room like that!!!

The location is very good for proximity to the Alamo, the Riverwalk, and the Alamodome is super close too. My room was small, clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed. The staff were all very helpful. You can buy muffins or breakfast sandwich type stuff for breakfast downstairs in the morning or get smoothies. It was an extensive offering as long as you don't have a wheat allergy or gluten allergy like I do. The staff were kind and pointed me to Schilo's a short walk away. I had a delicious dinner in the Crockett Tavern downstairs, so don't pass that up. The atmosphere and location were perfect after a long day or travel. I would definitely stay here again.

Ac didn’t work very well other than that it was a very beautiful hotel and very good location close to the Alamo and the Riverwalk
