Hôtel Champerret Héliopolis

The room was very clean and cute. It was on the smaller side and tight with three people. The staff were super friendly. Beds were comfy. We happened to go during a heat wave so the rooms were unbearably hot with no AC, but I know that’s common for Paris and not the fault of the hotel. The location is awesome, and plenty of great restaurants nearby. They accommodated us for an early check in no problem, as our flight landed early in the morning. The bathroom was a bit awkward, as the showerhead wasn’t mounted so it had to be held. I would probably stay again if i was only coming with one other person.

The rooms are ok. I know people like to use the words like cozy to describe it, but it’s cramped. The big problem though is that the traffic below is really loud. On our first night we arrived late because our flight was delayed and it was really warm in the room, but we couldn’t open the windows because of the traffic. Thankfully, housekeeping did bring up a fan the next day, so that helped somewhat. The room was mostly clean. There was a small problem with ants in the bathroom and one of the towels had a big brown stain on it. I think (and hope) that it was makeup. We were out early both days, so we didn’t try the breakfast. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but with so many good reviews, I was expecting better.

Really charming hotel in a nice and quieter neighborhood, right next to the metro. Access to good quality tea and coffee 24/7, helpful staff. The mattress could use an upgrade, but overall we loved it.

I liked the size of my single room. At first I thought it was gonna be to small. But for one person it is very functional. Very close to Metro line 3, and many restaurants. They even kept my medication refrigerated for me and they also cleaned my room. Every day. Only thing I wish they had was wash cloths.

The manager was amazing and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean.

The property is so charming and the room was comfortable. The staff members were very helpful and friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. I really love the way the table is set up. You can meet and chat with other guests over breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay!

So small. Just ok clean. But the stuff is great

Great hotel conveniently located a 15 minute walk from the Arc de Triomph! The staff is friendly, I arrived at midnight and the concierge happily checked me in. It is small and quiet and the bed was amazingly soft, I will definitely stay here again!
