We loved everything about the Laguna Marriot resort. 5 nights for a couple. The lagoons, gardens and rooms were modern and beautifully maintained. Fabulous food options, lots of happy hours and a beautiful beach to walk along past other resorts within the gated area. 10 minute walk to town outside the area. A quiet area of Bali which suited us perfectly. The staff were all next level. Service wonderful. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Cannot fault this property! perfect luxury stay. No kids club so quite peaceful. Staff amazing! Polite, remembered our names, always checking we were okay. Food at restaurants and in room service good quality. Rooms spacious, coffee machine a bonus, balcony to pool a joy. Great entertainment and concierge fabulous. The atmosphere and pool lagoons plus waterfall and gardens are just magic! I will be back.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, we hired bikes a couple of times which was great and found all the staff beyond helpful, highly recommended

Great breakfast and really nice staff. Wonderful beach and comfy beachbeds. The humidity in the room was a bit too high.

We stayed at the Villa for a birthday celebration. We had an absolutely wonderful and memorable time. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They were all very attentive and provided personal care, always knowing our names, for a special occasion, knew when we were departing, helped to chauffeur us around in their buggies. Faultless service. The pools were well shaped, well positioned and very clean. We had a good stroll along the beach and I would say we booked the best hotel in that area! Many thanks for the wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at The Laguna, it is a really wonderful hotel, and very tastefully decorated. The only criticisms we have would be constancy of service and quality between restaurants/bars. The Balé Bar was fantastic, and Lili was a true star of the hotel - that level should be applied across the whole hotel without question. The other bars and restaurants did not match this level of service and the quality of drinks was often inconsistent, which became annoying. Also, the music coming from the beach bar KulKul is awful(!!), please turn it down or off. It was also very alarming to be expected to pay to use loungers by the KulKul pool, even when purchasing food and drink.
