Room dirty on arrival. Musty. Sticky floors, dirty blankets, dirty shower, old bar soap. Air conditioner rattled. Hot tub barely heated. Not enough towels and staff rude when we asked for more. Fire alarm went off at 1am for about 45 seconds.

This is a very nice hotel with a few exceptions. They were short of cleaning staff but they hired a few just before I left so that's no longer a problem but the major problem I had that kept me from giving this five stars is that they advertise having bathtubs but the secret is they only have them in the rooms that has two beds so if you get a king size bed and you like taking baths and showers you won't be able to cuz they only have showers in the king size rooms. That's the only reason I will never go back to that hotel unless I need two beds. That's highly unlikely. The gym was excellent the breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff that was there were very good.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was fully stocked and had plenty of options to choose from. The pool area was fun.

Very clean and good breakfast

The stay was okay nothing special. Check in felt slow. The pool was kind of dirty around the sitting areas with trash and no pool towels. However the pool was definitely clean (inside the pool) and fun for the kids, loved it was Texas shaped. They also had corn hole and a football out there which was nice Seen some nats around the breakfast food. Room was fair. Checkout was smooth and easy.
