very quick check inn stayed there many times.

We booked four rooms for a family visit after 13 years. Unfortunately, our room had a strong urine smell and there were stains in the toilet. We reached out to the front desk, and someone came to clean, which improved things a bit, but the smell still lingered. On the first night, housekeeping accidentally removed a family member's belongings and told him he was checking out early. Since we were out and didn’t have a local phone number, he ended up leaving the hotel and going back home. It was really embarrassing. My wife contacted the front desk, and they said a staff member would look into it and call us back, but we never received that call. I later called back, got transferred to the manager, and found out that the confusion was due to the room next door checking out early. I also sent them a message through Expedia but didn’t get a reply. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I always stay at Centara when I am in Udon Thani

Swimming pool area is grim. Not appealing in any way. The pool area is surrounded on three sides by sheer walls it feels like a prison yard and the extremely loud industrial air conditioners helped to reinforce the feeling of not wanting to stay any amount of time.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Centara Udon. The room was very spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. One of the best parts of this hotel is its unbeatable convenience—it's located right next to shopping areas where you can find just about anything you need. The location is also great for exploring nearby tourist attractions, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I chose not to include breakfast this time since there are plenty of nearby food vendors offering a wide variety of options. However, I have had breakfast at the hotel before, and it was quite decent. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything Udon Thani has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

Room is nice but, old. The buffet food was cold but, the staff was very nice
