I can’t think anything bad about this hotel. The staff are excellent and very helpful, the service is indeed out of my expectations. The room is very spacious even we have 7 baggage, we still have plenty of space for 2 adults. The bed is very comfy as well. The swimming pool is well maintained and good size for exercise. The hotel is well located, metro is only within 10 mins walk, and there are many bus routes to cover most of the main area. There are many local foods and nice restaurants around the corner. I will definitely come back next time.

The room is clean and spacious. Staffs are polite and helpful, especially Marcus at check-in counter. Appreciate his skill and patience in handling the room arrangement, providing excellent service. The hotel's free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon station is also a plus.
