We had reservations for long time yet our first room AC did Not work Was only cold air The upset was when we called them to change the room we're trying to "convince us" was working They sent 2 man to repair it More than 30 min later and 3 more maintenance men could not solve it so I called and ask for manager she was super nice and finally we got a new room

Dan Panorama is an excellent hotel, modern, clean, with great breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and helped us make special arrangements for a medicine that needed to be refrigerated.

There was no air conditioning and the room was 75 degrees. The bathtub had a large crack in it. The staff were not helpful and I left after one night
