Love this hotel for its proximity to Oriental Bay and the views. However the beds were really uncomfortable and far too soft

Hotel was partly under construction due to a new law that buildings in Wellington needed to comply. Easy walking to museums, harbor, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. Did not get the chance to try the hotel restaurant. It was a bit pricey.

The room was nice with good views. Very prompt breakfast service to room. Housekeeping did not occur until the afternoon which was annoying as I was working in my room sometimes. Everything was fine except the restaurant for dinner. I get it is an award winning one etc but no many fish/ vege choices, very meat forward.

Convenient location. Staff pleasant, professional and extremely helpful - going the extra mile to assist. Rooms and facilities clean and well maintained. A wider menu selection for meals would have been appreciated.

A great spot, room with a harbour view, easy walking distance to many attractions / bus network. Fabulous meal in One80 restaurant. Tremendous staff.
