Check in was 3pm but i walked in at 11.30am, cause not my 1st time staying in here. Always manage to get room early.
Was attended by Sofea, she told me room not ready n got to wait n she will call me. Ao went for a coffee and came back at 1pm.
Alot of tourist started to check in and out, more than 15 pple got thier room keys n walked up n i was still waiting for the call from Sofea.
2pm walked up to the receptionist Luqman n he immediately gave me a room.
So the thing here is, Sofea needs more diligent or rather training to serve n be reponsible with customers.
Another staff to compliment was Que or Sue, couldnt recall the name, while checking out she was very sweet n handle it well even my parking coupon.
Please next time attend to customers who. Arrive 1st. Thank you very much
