The apartment is very conveniently located with lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is also a P4 parking with a 5 min walk away. The areas just in front of the apartment are all P2. We never parked in the building so don’t know how that is. We never had an issue finding parking close. The rooms are clean and having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver. We never heard any noises from the neighbors so I am assuming the walls are very well insulated.

It was easy to get to the property and instructions to access the apartment were clear. Apartment was very clean and kitchen was well appointed. My personal dislikes, and these may not matter to others, were the inability to control the apartment temperature (for me it was too hot) and unclear information regarding parking and parking costs. It really was a pleasant stay.

We had super easy to follow instructions for checking in and how to work everything there and about the local shops. Great location for going on tours just 50 meters from tourist bus stop 12. Had to contact the people once online and had instant reply. Every thing you could need for a stay. Wonderful to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment

Very clean and comfortable. Shower curtain could be moved out a bit to provide more room and help from shower flooding outside of it. There was some water damage on thw millwork from the shower but didn't bother anyrhinf. Kitchen well stocked and walking distance to most of the main areas of Reykjavick. Quiet place to stay.
