Quality Hotel Grand Tromso

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

We stayed at this hotel when extensive renovations were ongoing (something that neither the hotel or Expedia advertised!); it was so noisy when we arrived at 5:30pm that we could not hear the reception staff properly. We were advised that the builders would stop at 6:00pm and recommence at 8:00am the next morning (however the work continued that evening until just past 7:00pm) we were offered an alternative room but this seemed less spacious due to the layout and it wouldn’t have made a significant difference with the noise issue. The room was modern, clean and had a fabulous view, tea and coffee facilities in the room was a welcome touch.It was well situated close to Tromso town with plenty of shops & restaurants. Breakfast was fine. We could only think that perhaps an addition of a safe in the room would be a helpful feature- and of course being upfront with customers with bookings already made and those looking to book about possible disruption with noise.

Great location, clean and tidy spacious rooms, very friendly staff.

Whilst our room appeared fairly basic, it was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The breakfast probably had the best selection of options we’ve ever come across, it was excellent and a very relaxing restaurant.

Located within walking distance to most attractions. The options for

Fantastic central location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and all the main tourist attractions. Harbour-facing rooms have beautiful views and, if the weather is clear, you may even see the northern lights. The breakfast was amazing with a great selection. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is well located within walking distance to all (except for the Arctic cathedral) tourist attractions and the main “high street”. The room was nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We appreciate that people generally have breakfast at a certain time and this meant that the restaurant was overly busy during this pinch point. However, there is no real structure or assistance from the hotel with this and therefore makes it feel chaotic. With this said; the spread served at the buffet breakfast has an extended variety of choices - amazing! We would definitely stay here when we next visit during the summer sun!
