Terrible air flow. Very hot in room with no noticeable air coming from ventilation. Also, room directly above Smoking area. Very very noisy, heavy doors. Non stop door slamming throughout the night and morning. Sound proofing abysmal. 20€ for parking - outright theft. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Spend a few extra dollars and find another place.

C’est plus beau sur les photos… Chambre très moyenne. Petit déjeuner moyen également. Le stationnement est mal conçu.

Breakfast was good. Air conditioned room great. Please note that there are only a handful of free parking behind the hotel. The bigger parking lot is not free.

Clean and well staffed. Great location, close to the airport, 20mins from most city attractions and close to walking/running trails. No gym but 5 mins from a gym with drop-in rates. Breakfast included fresh fruit and had great options.

Thought this was a great place to stay for a reasonable price. Clean, nice staff. Airport transit and a breakfast buffet. Would book this again

We intentionally selected this hotel because we are Americans and were frustrated with the absence of air conditioning during an exceptionally hot spell in Germany. After several nights of restless sleep in warm basements, we eagerly anticipated a night in an air-conditioned room. I felt apprehensive when we entered the lobby in the evening, as it was uncomfortably warm and several fans were operating. The elevator was stifling, and the hallway was also quite warm. Upon entering our room, we had to insert a card into a reader to activate the lights. We unpacked our numerous suitcases to organize for an international flight, but unfortunately, the temperature did not improve much. After returning from dinner, it was slightly cooler since it was late at night, but still warmer than a German basement. Exhausted, we went to bed but woke up just two hours later due to the heat. At 3 AM, I called the front desk from my cell phone, as there were no instructions for using the hotel phone (it was not 0). They offered to move us to another room, which we checked, but the air conditioning was also non-functional, indicating a widespread issue on the second floor. This was a regrettable experience that warranted a refund, yet no refund or apology was provided.
