We love staying at this hotel. The staff are lovely. We stay in the rooms with a city view snd they are awesome. Location is brilliant. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Tram 35 just around the corner. 2nd time here and it didn't disappoint.

Room was very clean and a good size. Had a great view of Flagstaff Gardens with a balcony. The kitchenette was convenient when staying for multiple nights.

We hand a smooth check in and everythjg was ok. The only issue that we had with the property was the smell through the public areas. Property management needs to do something about it.

Always stay here when in Melbourne. Nothing is ever a problem. Staff super friendly and great at their job. Rooms always spotless. Seamless check in and out.

Good value. Room is spacious and comfortable. Well equip xto allow simple cooking. Love the TV set up which allow casting using handphone. Staff is friend and helpful.
