Everything is $add on: early check in $$, POOL is extra $$!!! Everything is UPSALE . Coffee machine is not available 24/7, they close it and open for specific hours during the day. The hotel is not new.

Hotel was nice the room had some peeling wall paper and some scuff marks on the walls. The location and breakfast were excellent. I didn’t like the fact that the gym only opened from 9:00am to 8 pm and you had to pay for the pool usage. Enjoyed my stay otherwise

Rooms are on the smaller side for the price. They charge you to use the pool, which was a nice pool on the top floor but couldn't see paying to use it. Onsen was nice and that was free to use. They allowed 1 water per day. If you drink more than 1 bottles a day you'll have to purchase it at a store. Luckily, a Convenience Store was a part of the hotel. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just ok for me.

Amazing location with a great spa and rooftop pool. Rooms are okay. Beds are terribly uncomfortable and bathroom are oddly designed.

Clean rooms. Staff was great. The only down fall was the beds were hard. Had to buy a mattress topper for the bed. Other then that the hotel was amazing

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This is a Japanese Hotel Chain and more authentic to the culture than "western" chains such as Hilton and Doubletree. IF that is what you are looking for than i highly recommend. I will stay here again for future trips to the area.
