Stayed with friends for the weekend. Location was great - across from Tivoli, a few blocks from Carlsburg art gallery, and many nice restaurants nearby. Hotel was spotless. Enjoyed happy hour in the lobby and breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Small room. Good beds. Very clean.
Shower has very deep tub, with swinging glass half door. No useful grab bar. Difficult/dangerous to get in and out.
Desk has glass top -- stylish but a mouse won't work on it.
No luggage rack. Desk top too narrow for suitcase, also maybe too fragile.
One of the best breakfast buffets ever -- and we have traveled in 60 countries.
Friendly and helpful staff -- front desk and concierge.
Coffee maker didn't make coffee even though we followed the directions.

Breakfast and lounge were fabulous. Staff was helpful and quick to respond. Towels were extra large. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a small balcony that overlooked the square. We were facing away from trivoli so could hear the fireworks but could not see them. Location was good for pubs and close to main walking streets. Really convenient to catch the metro to town and the airport.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were wonderful, and the room exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect.
Would highly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location. That being said, the room on the top floor was stifling hot as the AC did not really work. We were offered small fans but it didn’t really cool the room enough to sleep. The Lounge access was a plus as we were able to have a dinner snack and glass of wine each day.

The gym was very clean and not well used so I pretty much had it to myself.
The rooms were well appointed, bed very comfortable and the executive lounge was a great place to have a drink before or after dinner. Elegant and relaxing.

Rooms are very small and the bathroom is similar to the size of a cruise ship bathroom. The A/C is horrible and barely works. Luckily the outside was cool so we could open windows. The downside is it is insanely loud outside the hotel, like louder than London at night. That makes it very difficult to sleep. I also found out the hard way that fireworks are set off every Saturday night around 2330 so again while it was likely beautiful we got almost zero sleep.
Even my friend whose room was on the courtyard side experienced the same issue.
