The Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport

Clean, good location

Excellent hotel after a long flight. Just minutes from the airport, fast check in, welcoming staff, great room. The bedding was incredibly soft and we all slept very well. Had to leave early for a ferry so sadly didn't get a chance to use the pool or restaurant. Highly recommended

Nice hotel. Getting to the pool was a bit weird.

Convenient location to the airport with an easy walk to the tram to go to explore various parts of the city. Complimentary shuttle service and was able to leave our luggage both before and after checkout. Professional and friendly staff. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar available. It was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family.

Fresh and new feel to the property with updated decor and thoughtful upgrades to shower and linens. Staff was particularly helpful and kind.

Areas around the hotel were rough with street construction and older facilities, but the hotel itself was very nice .

Stayed at W hotel last year. Significant down grade in service and quality Not a 5 star anymore. More like a 4. Breakfast not as good. Room ok. But cost up at least 20%, and less offered. Not likely return.

Everything has great except the beds! The beds are too short and the blankets were extremely heavy and unnecessary leading us to overheat every night. Could not sleep at all during our stay. Location is convenient, could walk to many restaurants and close to skytrain.

The staff exhibited the utmost politeness, delightfulness, expediency, and professionalism. They were great. I asked the front desk for extra towels. They had someone deliver them to my room within a minute. The room bed was nice, wide, and comfortable. The lobby was a bit small, but it's really all about the rooms. The 60" TV was nice. However, some standard channels were unavailable and were unable to be fixed in the few days we were there. The shower was nice. I didn't get a chance to try the tub. One problem I had was there was no way to turn off the side table lights without turning off a master light switch located all the way by the hotel room door. That lighting bit was disappointing. Parking was $30 CAD per night. I knew that in advance. But, it's still undesirable. My view of the marina wasn't that impressive to me. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. It's not a bad place, but if I went back to Vancouver and wanted an airport hotel, I'd check out alternatives.
