This was our first trip to Hawaii and the Embassy Suites was the perfect location for our family of five. We had a two bedroom suite which suited our family well. The grounds were clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast was a highlight of the trip. Would definitely recommend to other families.

The staff was amazing! Every one from valet happy feet valet guys to the smiling room attendants to the fun pool folks! Great location too. Breakfast with made-to-order omelets, created by awesome chefs! 💕💕💕

Room is clean and nice, spacious. Breakfast is excellent and some food varies everyday, staff are very friendly. Although they couldn’t accommodate us to have a late check out but we were able to have our luggage stored because our flight was at night. Resort fee was expensive. We couldn’t use the happy hour because we were always out. So fat we were happy staying there.

Great location. Nearby everything to eat and walkable to all other destinations. Free breakfast which served all good stuff and omelettes!! THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT AND ALL WERE SOOOO NICE AND ALWAYS COURTEOUS TO ALL YOUR NEEDS!! FROM the kitchen/breakfast staff to the Valet crew to the housekeepers, they were the best and made our stay extra enjoyable. We would love to come back again and probably stay at the Hula Tower next time!!

The best location and breakfast! There’s a lot of families traveling here with kids and yes the pool area is full of kids in both the pool and jacuzzi, but it summer time and families are on vacation. If you looking for more of a relaxing atmosphere I would suggest an all adult resort.
