Room was okey and clean, staff was very helpful. Gym consists of three equipment and main one was broke. Excecutive lounge was locked and as always and many hotels in Indonesia. The area is not walkable

I did not receive the room type I ordered until a few days later. The food in the restaurant was always very cold, only 2 days out of 13 was there a breakfast cook on time. The elevator was not working many times !

When we booked through hotel.com - it says we get 3 meals a day. But unfortunatelly when we arrived hotel and check in, we just get 1 meal (breakfast) and the rest is just snacks. They says the info from hotel.com is not accurate and have not been updated. So my point is, both hotel.com and the hotel it self need to have more coordination about the information online, so the customer like us will not dissapointed. I still feel upset and dissapointed since the info online is not accurate.
