Great hotel, beautiful room given we paid less than £100, and it’s a great location. 10 minutes walk from the old and right in the centre on the pedestrian walk. It would get 5 for staff and facilities but they didn’t tell us we had breakfast and drinking water was a bit of a faff. But perhaps I’m being picky, I would definitely staff again

Very nice hotel, well located. Welcoming staff. Excelent breakfast buffet. Finding the parking was a bit challenging, but manageable.

Amazing location, close to all the shopping and having the parking garage with direct elevator access to the hotel was very convenient. The beds weren’t the most comfy and the AC unit didn’t work too well; however, I would still stay here again.

The room was large and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super with lots of choice. The towel rail in the bathroom worked really well so we had lovely warm towels and could dry gloves easily.
