It was my 1st visit to NYC. Great price for a weekend in the city for 3 nights compared to other hotels. I wasn’t there for the hotel experience, i was there to experience the city so I didn’t spend much time in the room. Great city view from the 35th floor! Easy walk to Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen. I never even turned the tv on in the room. Great place to shower, pass out, and store your luggage! Lol

Breakfast was awful. The staff was very kind and helpful. They offered complimentary water which was great in the NY heat. Location was good close enough to walk to many places. Ac worked great.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the wi-fi worked well. The floor I stayed on (26th floor) was very quiet. The hotel is close (within walking distance) to the hub of activity in Times Square. I had a great weekend stay.

I had a great stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I needed to print an important document, and they took care of it right away without hesitation. Excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great, and the front desk staff was helpful. Experienced a few issues with the elevator (had to take stairs up to 16th floor and then carry out baggage down 16 floors) but overall it was a great stay.
