I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn at the zoo. The staff were professional and helpful. The food was delicious and the rooms clean.

Lovely hotel. Easy check in. Great facilities and comfortable room. Just a shame the other guests were inconsiderate making loads of noise (thumping their feet when walking, laughing loudly at 4am, letting their small kids in the Jacuzzi when it clearly says over 16, banging foors in the middle of the night) if it wasnt for the other guests that had complete disregard to people sleeping

Not worth the price per night. Very tired looking rooms. Public areas need a good clean and upgrading and staff inconsistent. Handy for the M8 and zoo.

The staff was particularly helpful and the room was clean and the breakfast delicious. We did not use any of the amenities and were disappointed that there were no pedicures on offer.

The property is very tired Staff didn’t want to help especially with diabolical parking scenario Had to pay for parking in zoo parking as there was no hotel parking and laundry truck was blocking drive underneath Nobody cared to chase the issue Then was put in a accessible room that someone smoked in Run the other way

Breakfast was good. Bar staff were very slow and ignored us stood at the bar until we asked for a drink, hotel was clean a bit tired and dates in the rooms, we only stayed for a quick overnight stop and didn’t use any of the facilities.

The hotel is central and easy to get into the city from. The hotel is clean and the staff are great. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh.

Les tapis ce ne sont pas leur force… ça semble être les mêmes depuis les années 80.. tout tachés. Pour tout le reste, tout est excellent. Très bon déjeuner, chambre très bien, emplacement excellent.

Booked this for the Zach Bryan concert as it was close, everything was as expected for just a room for the night. Only one thing I would say, the hotel put food on for returning concert guests, £9 for half a pizza is outrageous apart from that everything was as expected.
