I requested a small laundry order the day before check out. Despite having a same-day option, the laundry was not ready the morning of my check out, so I had to leave without the items. There didn’t seem to be any real urgency on the part of staff, who instead questioned what time of day I submitted the request etc - which was largely irrelevant at that moment in time, give I needed to leave to catch my plane. The hotel should not offer a same-day service if they are unable to honour it. This request was made in good time and if the hotel felt unable to accommodate this request within the day, they should have left it in my room - particularly given it was clear I was checking out the following morning. I have sent an email to request these items are posted to my UK home address, but have not yet had a response. Phone calls to reception just seem to go unanswered. Not recommended at all.

Everything was good except that I was charged extra for a car park when the valet told me its ok to park. When we came back, there was another valet who made us pay. That was a bit unfair.

Not sure were these crazy reviews came from but I enjoyed my stay.The breakfast bar was above average. The room was worth more than $100 a night. I would stay again without thought. If you are looking for valet to park your Bugatti Tourbillion, you need to get off this sight, call your assistant and have them book you at the Ritz.
