Convenient location, but needs improvement. There is no designated drop-off area. You get dropped off from the street, so it’s a bit unsafe. And there were cockroaches. The staff were friendly and courteous.

Will never come back here. It is not sound proof! If you want a comfortable , quiet place to stay, not this hotel, stay away . We can’t sleep because of the noise from the outside. You could here people talking from the outside, ambulances/sirens noises every hour, horns from other transportation. We were songlad it was inly for one night.

නියමයි Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida Bus Terminal .

Was upgraded to a different room as the original room assigned smelled bad. Other than that, the place was excellent, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stay the next time I am in the area.
