The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near Penn Station. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful with checking in. The room, two double beds, was a bit snug but was very well kept and clean. Overall I would consider coming back again for a short stay.

Fine hotel, but not what I expected given the price: Shower drain clogged and not fixed even after I reported. Booking systems in flux and front desk staff often seemed confused or frazzled.

For a solo female traveler who takes Amtrak, this hotel is right across the street from the Moynihan Center, making access to it quick and safe. Also, when the season is right, the rooftop bar has amazing views.
