Friendly staff, bad experience with fire alarm going off late at night and poor management of public safety. Aircon didn’t really work and room was hot, bathroom doors like a Wild West saloon door. Reasonable but not for the price. I would choose somewhere else next time.

Stayed for one night while in London to attend the Garth Brooks event in Hyde Park. The hotel was in a perfect location to be able to walk rather than relying on public transport. Every staff member we encountered were friendly and professional. The room was spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was perfect, everything you expected and constantly replenished. Thank you to all at Thistle Kensington Hyde Park for making our stay perfect!

Great hotel, very clean and comfy. We booked the breakfast which included everything you could want. Little issue with the coffee machine one morning but it was resolved. Rooms are small and compact but hey, its London. Didnt look great on first impressions as its above a petrol station. That said it had a handy shop for drinks and snacks. Right opposite hyde park (opposite corner to BST though) and close to a tube station to get around. The air conditioning was a life saver. Staff were lovely. Luggage storage. Would stay again.
