Couldn't fault the hotel or the staff. We arrived way to early, but they was very helpful in booking the car in and holding our luggage while we carried on our day. *Rooms was clean and so comfortable. *Breakfast was well organised and banging. Definitely will book again, if im at Wembley again.

We stayed one night. Its good for two people. All essentials are there. Close to some good restaurants and canal side walks.

It was just okay. We paid for parking at check-in but got notified of a 35 pounds parking violation a week later. One thing is for certain, these occurrences make me never want to visit London or England ever again. These things should be simple, you pay for parking at check in and you don't get a ticket. Why complicate things?

Clean room comfy bed (maybe a pillow or 2 short but I am confident if I’d have asked this would have been rectified) Shower great, air con great!

Great hotel within a five minute walk to the station. Staff are friendly and helpful. They even put some balloons and petals in our room for my daughter’s birthday which she was thrilled about. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay.

Made sure the hotel had aircon when booking, as with the weather we have had it was needed, it didn't work. Beds are so hard and extremely uncomfortable. Pillows are awful, just filled with lumps. Didnt have enough towels even though we booked for three people. Went down and ate at the restaurant. Had 3 drinks tipped over by staff, one that went all over one of us. Stayed for 2 night's didn't get hardly any sleep so so incredibly loud all throughout the night. Which was badly needed especially with a long drive before and after. The bathroom was dirty and run down. Amenities not sure you can call them that. We spoke to staff about all the above when it happened, pretty pointless to be frank. We have also booked this hotel for a stay in August before the last 2 nights and im absolutely dreading it! Have stayed in many many hotels, i honestly expected better from such a big company

It was our first time staying here &we got upgraded by staff member kindly to an executive room,it was huge&vvvv comfy. Staff were all very helpful&kind from front desk to bar staff to breakfast staff&so vvv helpful Clean rooms vvv cosy &great parking facilities So happy as a family for this wobderful experience
