The reception team was awesome, especially Adam and Carlo. They responded promptly and provided very useful information. The room was clean and had no odor.

I had an amazing time staying at your hotel for the overnight stay on the Saturday to Sunday night . I will definitely come back if am back in Rome. The staff was helpful and very informative and did what they said they would any which way to help The breakfast was well worth it, plenty to eat and everything was delicious Another thing to let travellers know that it is close to the mall, lots of shops for souvenirs and restaurants close to the town with many buses and train stations around.

We had a good stay but have one concern. The hotel has a lighting system that requires a room card (not any card) to turn on the lights. We left the room for a couple of hours and put a do not disturb sign on the door. On our return, we met a housekeeper talking quickly on her phone. When we went to our room the lights were all on. Our suspicion is the housekeeper was in the room, despite the do not disturb sign, and had been called to advise her by someone downstairs that we were on our way up. We read about a family staying in a 4 star hotel in Rome and hd their safe cleaned out and some of their luggage taken. Bothers us that someone had been in our room despite the do not disturb.

Lovely hotel, great location, 2 minute walk from Roma Termini train station. Room was perfect, bed was super comfortable. Staff friendly.

La habitación estaba bien, pero la tina súper vieja, las llaves del lavamos y ducha súper mal ubicadas y el agua se botaba por la media puerta que tiene la tina, la llave del lavamos también mal diseñada, es urgente una remodelación, deben instalar solo duchas, con puertas completas, que son más cómodas y seguras. El aseo regular, cuando entramos en la habitación había pelos en el piso y la tina le falta más aseo. La atención el el Front Desk excelente, súper atentas las Señoritas y también la persona que atiende en el desayuno; en cuanto al desayuno que costó 18 por persona estuvo muy bien.
