තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and kind. The room we stayed in was clean except in the shower. The non slip mat has mold under it and mold in the grout in the shower. Everything else was great, downfall was no pool, all hotels in the south should have a pool because summers are brutal. Breakfast was good and constantly being replenished with more as food ran out, there was a good variety.

The room was clean and loved all the appliances they had. It was very helpful to have a full fridge! The location was amazing as well. It was a short drive to just about everything ! There were even great food places near by . The hotel does seem to be downtown so just be aware of your surroundings if walking . We didn’t use the valet parking because it was way too expensive but there is a public parking lot right next door that is way more affordable. Overall this was a great hotel and will definitely stay here again!!

The people were nice and friendly. My room was impeccable too. Nothing went wrong. Keep it up, you guys nailed it.

Mala recepción, (fue una sola mujer de tes morena) impaciente, incapaz de entender el español, engreída. Sugiero que capaciten a su personal con el buen servicio al cliente, el traductor es una opción para quienes no sabemos inglés y deberían de apoyar con eso porque el servicio es pagado, no regalado.

It was all around a really nice place to stay.

I like everything but one of the front desks people made me feel very uncomfortable she had seen me and my dogs that morning when I left to go bring them to the groomers and when we returned she asked me do I belong there do I have a key my keys card was in my hand to open the door but it was already opened when I walked in and when she done that really made me uncomfortable because she had a nasty attitude towards me I would have loved to have reported her but I had so much on my plate to even try.

Great location and staff; parking can be an issue.

Spacious, clean, convenient, comfortable, we like it here. Also they have good breakfast

I understand that it was completely my mistake for forgetting my physical card, and I respect the hotel’s policy regarding the security deposit. However, what really disappointed me was the way some of the staff treated me. Not everyone was rude, but one employee in particular interrupted the colleague who was helping me and was visibly annoyed. Instead of treating me like a paying guest, I felt like I was being treated as if I were asking for a free room. When I asked if there was somewhere I could charge my phone, she simply pointed without saying a word or showing any kindness. A little empathy would have made a big difference. In the end, I was fortunate enough to find someone outside the hotel who was willing to help me by using their card for the security deposit. I’ve stayed in hotels with much worse rooms, but the staff was always kind and respectful. Good customer service matters, and unfortunately, this experience has made me decide that I won’t book with this hotel company again.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely amazing! ALL the staff are professional, pleasant - just exceptional! From the front desk, cooks, housekeeping - everyone has been great! Special shout-out to Juanisha Walker and Maci!
