Clean room. But don’t validate parking with them. Just pay the rate the parking garage wants and it will be cheaper.

Room was clean, but the bed was not too comfortable. The duvet has no appropriate cover, they just used a flat sheet to cover it.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but all together great stay. One of the staff members Latonia was an absolute blessing to work with. She went above and beyond and made everything seamless. Even when busy she was not only attentive to guests but also helped the staff.

We had a room adjacent to the pool which was a problem. It required hot outside air to be blown into our room which kept it very warm. Outside of that the staff and location was great

Only one of three elevators was working and it was a very long wait to get in an out. The TV channels said "no reception." The room door didn't securely close. Construction on our side of the building had loud Construction. We stay in Marriotts whenever possible for their quality standards but this fell short and makes us question their commitment to service.

The staff was very helpful! Justin in concierge was SO HELPFUL and kind! The room was clean. I did wish the restaurant was open past 10pm. Management was great with helping us figure out parking. They also handled 2 out of 3 elevators being out with grace and creativity. Would book again with them in a heartbeat.
