I was not given the option for a refund even after providing pictures of the dirtiness. Asked to see a manager and was denied that too and advised to take up refund with Expedia.

හොඳයි The ceiling was peeling due to moisture from the bathroom. The door locks were not working efficiently when trying to unlock the door and when leaving our hotel room, the door lock was also not working efficiently. The faucet would not turn off all the way the boat was terrible, but that’s a personal problem.

The staff was really friendly throughout our stay at the hotel. The room was clean when we first arrived, and there was plenty of room for us to make ourselves comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good as well, with options for everyone to enjoy, and we saw staff actively making sure there was plenty of food available to eat in the morning. The location was convenient when heading to Mercedes-Benz Stadium during the World Cup, as it was about 15 minutes from the hotel. Also, it's right next to a MARTA station you take from the airport to the hotel. Enjoyed our time there and recommend this option for hotels in Downtown Atlanta.

The pull out couch was not comfy at all, but we made it work by adding the extra bedding :) other than that, everything was fine :)
