Good hotel with excellent service and facilities. The only downside was the room temperature—it felt warmer than expected, and we had to request an electric fan to sleep comfortably. Other than that, everything was okay, and the stay was enjoyable.

Positives - Housekeeping was excellent — the room was consistently clean and well maintained. All additional requests were promptly fulfilled, which made the stay more comfortable. Negatives - The biggest drawback was the Wi‑Fi. Connectivity was extremely slow, often unusable, with speeds hovering around 0.1–0.5 Mbps. On rare occasions it briefly reached 1–2 Mbps, but overall internet access was frustratingly poor. - Signs of property age are noticeable in certain areas, which detracts from the overall premium feel. - The in‑room chair was in poor condition, with a wheel falling apart

Greta location, excellent room, bathroom and decor. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, will definitely return and recommend for others looking for a place to stay.

Everything was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Room rate very reasonable and it included breakfast and complimentary access to the executive lounge. Overall much better value for money than Hong Kong! Definitely recommend Shenzen for a visit!

Very bad experience m, staffs were impolite. We arrived with many luggage but the staffs pretend not seeing us. No greeting nor help, doesn’t feel like this luxury 5 stars hotel is welcoming us at all. The room is also dirty, towels were broken. Not recommend for anyone who is looking for a welcomed stay.
