The back door, which connects the parking lot to the rooms, has a broken lock, and the pool is dirty. We changed our rooms because the bed had dog hair and was itchy. The room we transferred to looked clean, but it was also dirty. The breakfast was good, though. The elevator was outside, and we had to go out and go back inside in order to use the elevator.

The hotel was very poorly maintained. The pool was filthy. I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. The hallways were filthy and smelled terrible. The room was damp and hot, because the AC barely worked. The elevator barely worked and was in poor condition. I can’t believe it passed its recent inspection. The staff was very nice. But, after seeing all the issues with the property, I had no confidence that they would or could address the issues. The issues are clear. There is no way they don’t already know. So, I just let them know on the way out. I’m not angry or anything, but I’ve literally stayed in nicer motels. One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.
