Comfortable

Was just an overnight stay and was happy with everything about GV. Will stay there again when visiting the City

Air conditioning is not working right it’s hot …

Terrible wifi no hot water

Worth the price and in a convenient location.

Great location to see the old part of the city. Discos play music loud in this area on weekends and you can hear it in your room until 4am. Not the hotels fault staff friendly and good security

Our stay in this hotel is awesome since we were able to sleep well with a quiet and safe environment. It is very accessible since it is situated in the middle of the city.

Veiw was good, but room had no hot water, was dirty and a cockroch was found in the room. Staff was friendly.

Just good..

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The check in process was painfully slow. The room we were given was disgusting, it was dirty, the sockets were falling off the walls, there was a cockroach in the sink and ants crawling all over the bathroom. The bedding was grubby with hairs on, the floors looked lile they hadn't been washed in years and the walls have never seen a lick of paint since it was built. We were so grossed out we felt dirty. We asked to change rooms and the reception girl didn't apologise for the state of the room but let us see another. It was still dirty but the sockets were in tact and there was no bugs. We took it but chose not to shower until our next destination the next morning. The entrance has guards and the lobby is nice but the room was an absolute disappointment. We went to the airport early we couldnt wait to get out. The streets are also extremely dirty and noisy. Cebu city wasn't for us.
