The breakfast crew were not passionate and welcoming, less professional in resolving diners’ request, even unknown visitors were allowed to be seated on same table with the guests without permission. That should not have happened in any hotel any this level.

We had a few room maintenance issues which were readily addressed by the hotel. Space in the room was good and bed was comfortable. The foyer, bar and restaurant are very nice, the supermarket next door was really handy, as was the Irish pub for watching F1 and World cup. Location was great for Orchard Road shopping.

Room is ok kinda small for us with 2 small children even though we book a room that fit 2 adult and 2 children but our 2 luggage hard to find place to open as it has a sofa bed , a coffee table and big table right Infront of the TV. Is maybe good if people need a table to work on or a coffee table to
